The Silpat openwork bakery cloth, also called "Silpain", allows you to make your preparations easily, with a crispy result thanks to the perforations present in the cloth, allowing a good air circulation. Make your homemade bread, your baguettes or your pizzas like a chef!

The chef's tip
Silpat cooking cloths can be used in all types of ovens, in the refrigerator and in the freezer: they can be moved immediately from the freezer to the oven, without any risk of damage. Before lining your sheet for oven use, always place it on a baking sheet.
Cleaning : possible in the dishwasher, but preferably with a sponge and soapy water to prolong the life of your canvas
Storage : flat or rolled up in its original case or rolled up with the silband storage link available in the store.
Do not use sharp objects on the canvas, and do not put it in contact with a direct heat source (flame, grill, barbecue...)
