Origine Ghana 40.5% milk chocolate couverture in pistoles, offers beautiful red fruit and chestnut flavors enveloped by powerful cocoa and biscuity notes.

This milk chocolate offers a hint of acidity delivered by beans from Brazilian plants brought to Ghana in 1879. Its sweetness is delicately balanced by intense cocoa aromas that reveal notes of cookie, honey and caramel.

Use: Molding, coating, tablet, ganache, pastry, ice cream, sauce, mousse...

Composition: 40% min. cocoa, 20% min. milk, 39% min. fat.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, Ghana cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla powder.
