Description
The Rainbow 80 consists of a silicone mold and a dual-purpose cookie cutter. The silicone mould is used to create the main body of the preparation (mousse/emifreddo/cake), while the cookie cutter is used to create shortcrust pastry/biscuits that perfectly fit the shape of the individual portion. The cookie cutter can also be used to make chocolate decorations (temper the chocolate, spread it between two sheets and then cut it).
