This SAF-Instant yeast, known as ready-to-use baker's yeast, is of high quality, even under the most difficult bread-making conditions. SAF-Instant yeast owes its name to the fact that it does not need to be rehydrated before being added to the flour.
Also called beer yeast, the fineness and porosity of its particles allow a quick and homogeneous distribution of the yeast throughout the dough, for an optimal fermentation!
