Heat the BBQ! They work with all hot smokers, stove smokers and BBQs. The shavings should be submerged in water before use to produce maximum smoke. They create a rich, sweet, slightly sweet and fruity smoke, making them perfect for Cornish hen, duck, goose, young pigeon and vegetables. Without bark, coming from the heartwood, they are completely natural.
For gas grill : Before using the wood chips, they must be soaked for min. 15 minutes in water, juice, wiskey, beer, wine and others. Allow to drip dry for a few minute, then add to smoking drawer/foil pouch.
