A black anodized aluminum funnel with a cork lid, precisely engineered to inject just the right amount of water into the oven and create steam at the entrance.
Used in conjunction with the Dome's sealed door, the steam injector creates a humid environment in the oven, preventing the bread from forming an outer crust before it has had a chance to rise completely. The result is a light, airy loaf that rises longer and develops a crispier crust.
For the steam injector to work properly, you will also need to install the dome rope sealed door on your oven .
