TRAVELLING CAKES
Beware fan of cakes, our pastry chef will show you the secrets of creating cakes with different icings and inserts. Orange Cake, Chocolate and Pecans ingots, lemon Savoie cake with creamy glaze, matcha cake and a raspberry and olive oil travelling cake. You get to try some of the cakes during the class and you bring the rest home for your pleasure.
