Panettone - Le Citron c'est bon

The soft and airy crumb of this panettone is set with lemons candied in an artisanal way. The carefully selected citrus fruits deliver powerful yet subtle aromas throughout the tasting.

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat), Homemade candied organic lemons, Sugars (Fine sugar, Quebec honey, Glucose), Egg yolks, Butter 82-84% (Milk), Natural sourdough, Water, Clarified butter, Organic lemon juice, Sea salt, Cornstarch, Lemon zests, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.

May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Almonds).

Conservation : Our panettones can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.

The best before date is indicated on the back of the sleeve.
