Ingredients: Flour (wheat), Homemade candied Quebec strawberries, Butter 82-84% (milk), Liquid egg yolks, Sugars (fine sugar, Quebec honey, glucose), Natural sourdough, Water, Chocolate Inspiration raspberry (sugar, cocoa butter 35.9%, raspberry powder 11.5%, emulsifier: soy lecithin), Milk, Cream 35%, Salt, Cornstarch, Madagascar and Ugandan vanilla beans.
Coating: white chocolate flavoured coating 84% (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, whey (milk), soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, starch (wheat), sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent, salt, cocoa fat, natural vanilla flavour), glucose syrup (wheat), sugar, confectioner’s glaze (Arabic gum), vegetable fat (coconut), modified corn starch.
