The Control Freak induction cooking system is the first of its kind to accurately measure, set, and maintain any cooking temperature, from 25°C to 250°C. With precise temperature control, you can reproduce sublime dishes with precision, night after night.
Through the glass sensor
The unique real-time sensing system uses a through-glass sensor to directly measure surface temperature 20 times per second. This ensures a rapid return to the set temperature throughout the cooking process.
Probe control
The Probe Control system allows the pressure cooker to reach and maintain the desired temperature for your ingredients. Ideal for sauces, sugar, poaching, and much more. The built-in probe can also be used in thermometer mode to monitor the core temperature of solid foods like steaks, chops, and fillets.
Probe Control Oil
The Probe Control oil automatically adjusts the power while frying to return to the set temperature without going over.
Heat intensity control
The heat intensity control allows you to adjust the intensity while maintaining a moderate and constant temperature. Forget the double boiler for tasks like making hollandaise sauce, citrus cream, and tempering chocolate.
