Trimoline (or invert sugar) is in the form of a translucent syrup.
Made from beetroot, it is guaranteed gluten-free.
Invert sugar syrup has the power to absorb moisture and resist desiccation (it stays soft and smooth) and it has a higher sweetening power than sucrose (about 20% more).
