Fans of cream puffs, Paris Brest and profiteroles beware! This class is centered around the preparation of choux pastry. You will learn all the secrets to making it perfectly. Work with a pastry bag, make a custard and some praline cream to create the perfect puffs and Paris Brest. We will also cover the profiteroles and some icing. Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.
