Description

If you want to know how to cook meats, it's best to know how to sauté, roast, grill and braise. During the course, your chef will give you all the secrets to mastering the cooking of meats and to be able to imagine recipes according to the pieces of meat that are discussed. Become a true informed carnivore. A course focused on practice, with a tasting accompanied by two glasses of wine.

Contents: Lemon-roasted chicken breasts / Pork braise with beer and maple syrup / Sautéed duck breast / Grilled flank steak with MTL spices.
