Ideal maintenance for utensils and boards

• Wash with warm soapy water
• Dry with a cotton or linen cloth
• If necessary:
  • Sharpen the edges with a sharp knife in the direction of the grain
  • Soften with sandpaper
  • Polish with Wood Polish
