Description

The ZWILLING Pro boning knife series is specially designed for boning, butchering and skinning raw meat. With its 14 cm long, tapered steel blade, you can effortlessly penetrate meat, poultry or fish, remove bones, tendons, fat and skin, without affecting the meat's fibers. The precision of the one-piece forged SIGMAFORGE knife has precise sharpness and excellent cutting properties that will also satisfy professional cooks. The balance of chromium and carbon content in the special ZWILLING steel formula and the subsequent ice hardening process make the steel of particularly high quality.

This knife remains sharp for a long time, retains its cutting properties, is corrosion resistant and flexible. The special geometry of the blade provides perfect stability and guarantees easy cutting. Thanks to the continuous edge of the blade, it is possible to cut right up to the bolster. The ergonomically shaped handle made of high quality, impact resistant plastic is comfortable to hold. The through tang is connected to the handle with three rivets and ensures a perfect balance for guiding the knife. This boning knife from ZWILLING helps you prepare meat and makes boning, cutting and skinning meat, poultry and fish child's play.
