That's the basis of our caramel. We also added apples, like in an apple butter. This makes the caramel less sweet and more appreciated.
Made from black maple from Île d'Orléans, pure cream from Laiterie Royalade Saint-Joseph de Beauce, and apples from Laval Gagnon farm in Sainte-Famille de l'Île d'Orléans.
