3D Frozen Log Mold
The Silikomart Frozen Log Mold Kit allows you to make delicious cold logs (bavarois, entremets) or 3D ice cream logs using the rigid plastic log mold.
The Frozent log kit comes with two platinum silicone mats, one with a smooth texture and one with snowflake imprints.
The removable silicone mats are placed in the bottom of the mold, against the sides, so that your log is covered with a star pattern or is smooth and even. You can choose to use the smooth mat if you want to cover your log afterwards with a velvet spray, buttercream, whipped cream, etc.
The kit also includes a recipe.
