The texture in the mouth is rich and enveloping. The taste is intense with ripe fruit, cinnamon and vanilla. The sweetness, well perceivable, is counterbalanced by acetic notes. This vinegar ages its sensorial characteristics in oak barrels.
COMBINATIONS
Precious Yellow goes perfectly with seafood salads, Parmesan cheese, omelettes. It is also perfect for enhancing the flavor of fresh fruit in fruit salads.
PACKAGING
The packaging is hand finished with a cloth cap cover on which is printed a poem by Luigi Bellei, the founder of Acetaia, about "his" balsamic vinegar.
