Easy to use, the moka coffee maker produces a full-bodied and richly flavored coffee. It has 2 receptacles that are screwed together. In the lower one, you put the cold water and insert the filter in which you add the coffee. The principle of operation is simple: the coffee maker is placed on the stovetop or on a heat source. The water in the bottom tank heats up. Once the pressure is reached, the water is pushed through the ground coffee and fills the top receptacle.

For best results, the grind of the mixture should not be too fine and the heat should be gentle. To wash, simply rinse with hot water. Do not put in dishwasher. Not suitable for induction cookers.

How to use

How to prepare coffee:

fill the boiler up to the safety valve with water, insert the funnel tank and add the ground coffee for moka without pressing; close the moka pot and place it on the hob. Wait for coffee to gurgle as it rises to the collector (upper chamber), turn off the gas and, finally, enjoy your delicious coffee!

Cleaning instructions: the Bialetti Moka Express should be rinsed simply with water, after use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could cause damage to the product and affect the taste of the coffee.
