The Epicurean cutting board is made of natural, eco-friendly wood fiber, a material used in the manufacture of skateboard tracks, making it a very strong and durable board.

Its high quality surface does not damage the knife edge and can be safely washed in the dishwasher, unlike traditional cutting boards.

The handle, designed for comfort and strength, is covered with a piece of slate-colored material that is held in place by brass rivets made in Chicago specifically for Epicurean.
