DUCK CHILI (600g)

Here is our 100 % duck version of the famous chili con carne. This reinvented stew is strongly inspired by familial traditions, with the addition of a small dose of dark chocolate. A tasty mix of ground duck, slowly cooked with beans, tomatoes, and spices, that will delight chili lovers.

Recommended accompaniments : Much like chili con carne, it can be enjoyed with tortilla chips or aromatic rice, not to mention sour cream and chopped cilantro.

Directions :

– On the stove: Heat at low heat with a cover for about 12–15 minutes.

Ingredients: Duck meat, duck stock, red beans, diced tomatoes, onions, red bell peppers, fine duck fat, garlic, Guérande salt, unsweetened dark chocolate, Provencal herbs, spices.
