Description
Fat-soluble food colorings for coloring oil-based fats
Coloring is done by the dispersion of colored particles in food.
Water-insoluble aluminum-based food colorings are used to color oil-based products such as chocolate, buttercream, and confectionery and pastry coatings. They are ideal for limiting color migration when several shades are used together.
