Inspiration Fraise is a fruit couverture: the complex marriage of cocoa butter, sugar and strawberry. Inspiration Fraise brings a new dimension to fruity creations. It was born from the collaboration between Valrhona R&D and customers whose conviction allowed Inspiration to obtain the Grand Prix de l'Innovation at SIRHA 2017.

Inspiration is made from top-quality fruits, whose intense color and taste combine with the

unique texture of cocoa butter. Inspiration is a revolutionary product whose design raised very complex technical questions. Inspiration contains no coloring or flavoring.

It is thanks to teamwork that we were able to create this innovative range of fruit couvertures. Despite all the product developments already made, Inspiration was a truly innovative project with many challenges that made us grow at Valrhona!
