Makes 4 indulgent servings. Directions: For best results, measure 1/2 cup (113g) of dark hot chocolate mix into a saucepan. Thoroughly whisk in 2 cups of milk of your choice. For a richer hot chocolate, use half and half instead of milk. Stir gently and continuously over low heat until completely melted and your preferred drinking temperature is reached. Do not boil.
