Éclair & choux mat

Microperforated silicone mat with fiberglass core perfect for baking éclair and cream puffs. Thanks to its holes, heat spreads evenly throughout mats’ surface guaranteeing a perfect baking.

This mold is suitable for use in the oven and refrigerator, is freezer-safe, and is also dishwasher-safe. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C (-76°F) to +230°C (+446°F).
