As the only manufacturer of planchas to know how to enamel, all our plates are guaranteed for life. The multi-layer enamel finish of the gas griddle makes the plate waterproof and easy to maintain without scratching it. Scrape the griddle with a stainless steel ball and the plate becomes clean.
