Maintenance and upkeep

For the exterior of the Arc XL, ensure the oven is cool and use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend. Clean the area with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, then wipe dry with paper towels. The Arc XL's flue can also be removed for cleaning.

The best way to clean the interior of the Arc XL is to burn off any food residue or soot. When the oven reaches a temperature above 350°C, it self-cleans, and any burnt-on food residue will burn off after three hours.
