What assembly is required?

The Arc XL requires no assembly. Simply place it on the Arc Stand, Booster, or cooking platform of your choice using the docking station's lifting slots. Then simply connect it to your propane gas source.

The oven alone weighs 26.5 kg.

Can I use my Arc XL oven indoors?

The Arc is not suitable for indoor use.

Maintenance and upkeep

For the exterior of the Arc XL, ensure the oven is cool and use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend. Clean the area with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, then wipe dry with paper towels. The Arc XL's flue can also be removed for cleaning.

The best way to clean the interior of the Arc XL is to burn off any food residue or soot. When the oven reaches a temperature above 350°C, it self-cleans, and any burnt-on food residue will burn off after three hours.
