Care instructions

After your pizza oven has cooled down or before cooking in your pizza oven, use the Everdure Pizza Oven Brush (EPBRUSH) to clean the pizza stone, burner, and interior housing of any residue that may have been left inside your oven during cooking. Use the Everdure Pizza Oven Cover (EPCOVER) when not in use to prevent your pizza oven from becoming dusty or dirty.
