The magnificent vanilla of the Vanilla Planifolia variety cultivated by Jean-Claude Mena and Mounirah Philibert is an appetizing chocolate color.
Its vanillin content ranges between 2% and 2.1% and the unique flavor of its terroir will blow you away: intense note of vanillin, incredibly rich aroma of chocolate, with fruity notes of figs on the finish.
Each vanilla purchase arrives in a modified atmosphere specially designed to better withstand the temperature fluctuations in our country. After opening the bag, be sure to follow the instructions for best storage.
