The Ooni Karu 2 is the world's most powerful portable pizza oven.

• At just 15.3kg, the Ooni Karu 2 is multi-fuel, compact, durable and built for adventure – making pizzas while camping, under the stars or with friends in your backyard.
• Use wood, charcoal, or an optional gas burner* to reach a maximum heat of 500°C and prepare restaurant-quality, flame-baked homemade pizzas in just 60 seconds.
• Featuring a high-temperature borosilicate glass door to watch the magic (that bubbling cheese, rising crusts, crispy pepperonis) while its ClearView™ technology prevents soot buildup on the glass with an airflow wash effect.
• Larger and 45% wider, the fuel tray holds more fuel, allowing you to use larger logs, ensuring more efficient combustion.
• If you prefer cooking with gas, you can switch to the Karu 2's gas burner in a snap. It burns 36% more efficiently than its predecessor.
• No cleaning is necessary – the Karu 2's high temperatures burn off any food residue in the oven and leave the baking stone clean. The fuel tray can be removed after cooking to dispose of the ashes.
• Featuring Ooni's patented Flame Keeper technology for optimized heat distribution throughout the oven.
• The Karu 2's mouthpiece and back are made of die-cast aluminum to reduce weight and increase portability. Its powder-coated, weather-resistant carbon steel shell provides excellent heat retention.
