The Rillettes and Onion Confit Duo

Our 100% duck rillettes are carefully prepared with the finest cuts of duck and premium ingredients, such as our hand-shredded duck confit. A must-have for your gatherings! Served with onion confit, it makes the perfect gift for food lovers!

Instructions for use and storage : Refrigerate two hours before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature. The product can be kept for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Recommended accompaniments : Our rillettes are perfect for brunch. Spread on a good baguette, they are the perfect complement to your cheese platters. Serve them with onion confit, fresh figs, and walnuts.

Wines and spirits : White wine from the Loire or Burgundy, Red wines of your choice

Ingredients :

Duck rillettes 150g : Duck meat, Fine duck fat, Water, Duck bones (for the stock), Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Leeks, Celery, Guérande salt, Spices and herbs.
Onion confit 41ml : Red onions, red wine, sugar, raspberry vinegar, olive oil, crème de cassis, salt, spices.
