• The Ofyr hob is easy to clean thanks to the central fire: very practical, you push food residues and cooking juices into the fire with the spatula to burn them.
• To preserve your griddle, nothing could be simpler than protecting it with vegetable oil. Regular seasoning before and after each use will protect your cooking ring from possible corrosion and improve your cooking results over time. The more you use your Ofyr, the better it becomes!
