• Extended cooking time: up to 9 to 11 hours before needing to empty the ashes.
• Corten steel models require little maintenance and are naturally weather-resistant. However, the use of a cover or lid is recommended to extend their durability.

Three steps to remember for maintaining an Ofyr fire pit

• The Ofyr plate is easy to clean thanks to the central fire: simply use the spatula to push food residue and cooking juices into the fire to burn them off.
• To preserve the plancha, simply protect it with vegetable oil. Regularly coating it with oil before and after each use will protect your cooking ring from corrosion and improve your cooking results over time. The more you use your Ofyr, the better it gets!
• If you only purchase one accessory, we highly recommend the protective cover. It offers double protection for your appliance, as it protects the cooking plate from external damage and prevents rainwater from collecting in the basin when not in use.
