Pure Pistachio Paste is a 100% pure, natural and unsweetened paste made from lightly roasted and finely ground pistachios. It has a fresh green colour and a fruity taste with toasted hints. Pure Pistachio Paste is a great base for flavouring ganaches, homemade pralines, bonbon fillings, patisserie crèmes, ice creams and sauces. Light, fruity and unsweetened pistachio flavour - very smooth texture. Mix with chocolate or into ganaches to create bonbon fillings. Or mix into ice creams, mousse bases and pastry crème bases.
