Designed for use in ovens of various sizes, the Gozney pizza peel is a lightweight, professional-quality peel for placing dough and baking trays in and out of your pizza oven.
Made of aluminum with a hard anodized finish, this peel is designed exactly like larger pizza peels for professional use. Tapered on one edge for easy access under baked goods or baking sheets, the Gozney pizza peel is perforated to allow excess flour to drain when preparing fresh pizzas. These perforations also allow water vapor to escape from cooked baked goods, for a crispier crust. Its non-stick surface ensures a smooth transition between the peel's surface and the hot stone base.
