Description
This vintage mini tray is an adaptation of an advertisement for the aperitif Picon. Its illustrator, Gaspar Camps, is one of the great Spanish artists of the Art Nouveau movement. While this movement is clearly recognizable in the image, the style is not excessive: in advertising, with few exceptions, it is best not to be too divisive. This vintage mini tray is nonetheless magnificent, featuring a woman with Latin features under her orange tree.
