Thanks to the ergonomic handle and sturdy teeth, simply apply light pressure to score any type of pasta. In just a few minutes, prepare a large quantity of gnocchi: take a small piece of dough, roll it with your thumb or index finger over the grooves.
With the small wooden rod, make garganelli; these small squares of pasta rolled up and scored.
Our gnocchi board is made of pearwood, a precious wood, and comes in a nice little box. Do not put in the dishwasher.
