Powerful sensor working through glass

The unique real-time measurement system uses a sensor working through the glass to directly measure the surface temperature 20 times per second. It ensures precise maintenance of the target temperature during cooking.

Probe control

The Probe Control guides your cooking appliance to reach and maintain the desired ingredient temperature. It's ideal for sauces, sugar-based recipes, poaching, and more. The built-in probe can also be used in thermometer mode to monitor the core temperature of solid foods such as steaks, escalopes, and fillets.

Oil Probe Control

The Probe Control oil automatically adjusts the power while frying to return to the set temperature without going over.

Heat intensity control

The heat intensity control allows you to adjust the intensity while maintaining a moderate and constant temperature. Forget the double boiler for tasks like making hollandaise sauce, citrus cream, and tempering chocolate.
