Papillote Steamer

The ceramic papillote dish is designed to enhance the gentle and flavorful cooking of fish and poultry. Thanks to its generous shape and fitted lid, it allows for tender and flavorful dishes, with or without the addition of fat. A few drops of flavored oil are enough to enrich the flavors.

Operation is simple: simply place food in the center of the dish, add vegetables and herbs around it, then close the lid before placing in the oven. After cooking, the dish retains heat thanks to its lid, and can be brought directly to the table thanks to its discreet handles. Cleaning is easy and the oven stays clean, without lingering odors.
