Pan with a low skirt, ideal for cooking traditional, crispy and fluffy pancakes.
Mineral B utensil, non-deformable, made of white steel sheet coated with beeswax :
- temporary protection against oxidation; easy seasoning.
- Improved non-stick effect on first use.
- Perfect caramelization of the dough for authentic pancakes.
Natural anti-adhesion : progressive seasoning.
French-style curved riveted tail : easy handling; ergonomics. Tip: preheat with a little fat.
Care : Season before first use. Deglaze, rinse with hot water, wipe dry and lightly oil. Store in a dry place.
Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
