A seedless purée
Maison Ponthier has chosen to combine two raspberry varieties to obtain a taste that is both intense and perfectly balanced. The Willamette variety brings a pronounced and tangy flavor as well as a high BRIX, while the Meeker variety brings roundness and depth. The latter, being more fragile, is very sensitive to climate changes (temperature, precipitation). Thus, the producer partner with whom Maison Ponthier works has developed an altitude cultivation between 300 and 1000 meters located exclusively on hillsides. To eliminate any bitter notes, the seeds are removed during the purée processing, which will contain only the fruit pulp.
