Made from high-quality stainless steel, it features a 6.4 mm thick sandwich bottom with an aluminum core. This feature makes your Impact cookware compatible with all burners, including induction.
The advantage? Start cooking on the stovetop, for example, to color a piece of meat, then finish gently in the oven. In the oven, you can heat up to 260°C without fear of altering or deforming your roasting dish. This prevents the meat from bathing in the cooking juices, promotes browning and ensures even cooking all the way to the core. The reinforced pouring rim makes pouring sauces and juices easy and clean. The 2 large stainless-steel handles on either side of the dish make for easy handling.
