Raspberry and white balsamic vinegar 250ml

LA BELLE EXCUSE is offering you a blend of raspberry vinegar and white balsamic vinegar, which will indulge your taste buds. This unique and flavourful combination results in an intense and fragrant vinegar.

CHARACTERISTICS: Intense flavour of ripe raspberries which will inspire you to create fantastic dishes.

INGREDIENTS: Raspberry vinegar (France): raspberry vinegar, sugar, raspberry juice concentrate, natural raspberry flavour. White balsamic vinegar (Italy): wine vinegar and grape must, barrel-aged for three years (6,5% acidity). Contains Sulphites.

USE: Combine this vinegar with our olive oil and drizzle over a beets salad with roasted nuts and goat cheese, on a green salad or on a classic duck salad. A few drops of this vinegar will enhance the gizzards, chicken or veal liver and roasted meats.
