INITIATION TO WINE TASTING, TO THE DISCOVERY OF NATURAL WINES
Live a unique experience with one of our sommelier Alex Trudeau! This course is an initiation to wine tasting. You will be able to discover, recognize and taste 6 different wines from a respectful agriculture mode (Reasoned / Organic / Biodynamic). The sommelier is also there to answer your questions.
- Learning about the different techniques of wine making (Natural Sparkling / Maceration Wines / Rosé Wines / Carbonic Fermentation Wines)
- Discovery of the world of wines without inputs or sulfites called "natural wines
- Tasting of wines from private imports
