Description

For all the bread lovers who have taken the bread initiation course, come and discover the making of breads around the world! Julien Roy will guide you in the making of burger bread, pita bread, naan bread... You will also have the opportunity to apply your knowledge following the initiation to the creation of new breads. A tasting with two glasses of wine accompanies this course with practice. You will take your own bread dough to bake at home.
